Straight answers about what Trackument collects, where it lives, and who can see it.
The facts you enter about an incident: what happened, when, and the employee's position and classification. Names and dates are replaced with placeholders before any text is sent for drafting. Trackument also stores your district's settings, the board policies, bargaining agreements, and handbooks you upload, and the names and email addresses of the people who sign in.
No. Nothing your district enters is used to train any AI model. Your data is used only to generate your documentation, and for nothing else.
Trackument runs on Railway, in the United States. Railway encrypts the underlying storage at rest.
All traffic between your browser and Trackument is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Stored data is encrypted at rest at the storage level by Railway.
Administrators sign in with their district email address, and each district can see only its own settings, documents, and policies. Each district names its own District Settings Managers, who control district-wide settings such as uploaded policies and agreements. Trackument support can sign in to a district for up to two hours to help with setup; a support visit can view settings but cannot change them, and the district's District Settings Managers receive an email each time. Employee information is never visible during a visit, because writeups stay in each administrator's own browser. API keys and credentials are stored as environment variables, never in the codebase, and the codebase is kept in a private repository.
Trackument does not keep finished documents on its servers. A draft in progress is saved only in your own browser, on that computer, so you don't lose your work. When you download a document, it's yours to keep in your district's own systems. If you choose Save to Google Drive, the finished document passes through Trackument's server on its way to your district's Drive, and Trackument does not keep a copy.

No. Trackument does not work with analytics vendors, ad networks, or data brokers of any kind.
Your district's stored settings, uploaded documents, and account data are deleted from Trackument's systems. Finished documents are never kept on Trackument's servers, so there is nothing further to delete there. Contact help@trackument.com to confirm your specific offboarding timeline.
